Required Skills and Responsibilities: •3-4 yrs. of experience in Manual testing •Having Good knowledge on JIRA - Epic / User Stories/ Defects / KANBAN Board Daily status •Experience using HP ALM, JIRA. •Good communication skills, Ability in interacting with Stakeholders and Up/Downstream application test leads. •Must have worked in Offshore and Onshore Model • •Must have ability to drive large discussions with various application test leads. •Possible work onshore time -9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST- 8 hrs. shift •Must have good ability to create test cases / scenarios based on the requirements Attributes: - Comfortable in high pressure, deadline-oriented environment. •Ability to adapt quickly - Function independently when required Can deal with ambiguity and manage requests for change- Ability and ready to learn new technologies. •Team player, cooperative with good interpersonal skills. Roles and Responsibilities: •Good To have: Experience in IVR call flows with Contact Centre technologies like Genesys, Verint, WFM writing and executing Manual and Automation Test Cases. •Hands on experience on Cyara Testing Tool - Test Cases Design and Test Execution. •Good to have Aspect and Avaya experience. •Experience in Automation -selenium and Dev ops. •Must have good ability to create test cases / scenarios based on the requirements Attributes: - Comfortable in high pressure, deadline-oriented environment. •Ability to adapt quickly - Function independently when required Can deal with ambiguity and manage requests for change. •Ability and ready to learn new technologies - Team player, cooperative with good interpersonal skills.
