Currently seeking a driven Sales Account Manager:

Position Overview:

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our market presence. Your primary responsibility will be developing new relationships, to manage a growing a portfolio of accounts, and to provide recruitment services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact for adhesive solutions.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to broaden the customer base by targeting new industries and markets.
You will manage the entire recruitment cycle: posting, resume preselection, telephone interviews and building strong relationships with hiring managers.
Ability to handle a high requisition load, maintain constant and clear communication and develop creative, effective recruiting strategies is key.
Elaborate sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline in order to anticipate the needs, and fill the needs.
Actively promoting OpTalent’s services
Actively promoting OpTalent’s services through social media, participation in professional associations, trade shows, and other public relations opportunities.
Advising clients on staffing solutions
Work in conjunction with your team members to execute a seamless and successful recruitment process ensuring high quality of hire.
You are a skilled head-hunter and have a proven track record for finding best in class candidates. Ideally, you are an extravert and loves to create a relationship with potential candidates

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.

Minimum 2 year of experience as a Sales Account Manager in the recruiting industry.
