Le partenaire en ressources humaines joue un rôle clé dans le département des ressources humaines pour les terminaux désignés et les responsables de département. Il apporte une valeur ajoutée stratégique et est le représentant des ressources humaines pour le(s) terminal(aux) désigné(s). Il apporte son soutien dans des domaines tels que les relations avec les salariés, le respect de la législation, les efforts de fidélisation, la planification de la relève et les initiatives de changement dans le(s) site(s) concerné(s). Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des ressources humaines et le gestionnaire du terminal désigné afin de répondre aux besoins opérationnels et stratégiques de l'entreprise.
Apporter une valeur ajoutée aux sites désignés tout en travaillant aux côtés des responsables et être le représentant des ressources humaines à qui l'on s'adresse pour obtenir des conseils et du soutien. Travailler en collaboration avec le directeur des ressources humaines de l'entreprise pour une interprétation complète, le cas échéant.
Assister la direction dans la gestion et l'évaluation des performances.
Travailler en collaboration avec le service de recrutement de l'entreprise pour aider les directeurs et/ou les superviseurs à répondre à leurs besoins en matière de recrutement. Utiliser notre outil Predictive Index pour permettre aux départements de travailler avec leurs équipes de manière efficace et efficiente et effectuer une analyse approfondie des résultats PI tout en proposant des suggestions à la direction.
Toutes les révisions des descriptions de poste doivent être approuvées par les ressources humaines.
Évaluer les besoins en formation. Travailler avec les responsables pour déterminer le meilleur type de formation à offrir aux responsables et aux employés. Coordonner et organiser la formation des employés, des superviseurs et des cadres.
Recueillir des données qualitatives et quantitatives sur la fidélisation en menant et en analysant des enquêtes auprès des employés, et recommander des initiatives de fidélisation au directeur des ressources humaines.
Compiler des rapports statistiques trimestriels et des mesures concernant les données relatives au personnel, telles que le taux de rotation, le coût des postes vacants, les taux d'absentéisme, le taux de rétention par gestionnaire, etc. Travailler avec l'équipe des ressources humaines de l'entreprise à la recherche et à l'analyse des indicateurs de ressources humaines.
Envoyer des communications relatives aux ressources humaines aux terminaux désignés et discuter des communications avec la direction. Confirmer que tous les documents requis sont complets et les envoyer à l'administrateur des ressources humaines. Effectuer des recherches pour le département des ressources humaines de l'entreprise ; participer à des projets spéciaux et effectuer des tâches connexes selon les besoins.
Assister les membres de l'équipe des ressources humaines dans le cadre de divers projets, le cas échéant.
Effectuer toutes les autres tâches liées aux ressources humaines qui lui sont confiées.
Diplôme d'études collégiales ou autre programme d'études connexe en gestion des ressources humaines.
Le titre de conseiller en ressources humaines agréé ou en voie d'obtenir ce titre est considéré comme un atout (CRHA ou CRHA)
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines. Maîtrise de Microsoft Word et PowerPoint, d'Excel et d'Outlook.
Esprit d'analyse et sens de l'organisation
Capacité à mener des formations et à créer des présentations.
