Akelius recherche un généraliste en ressources humaines adaptable et très organisé pour rejoindre l'équipe.
Sous la supervision du gestionnaire des ressources humaines, vous effectuerez une grande variété de tâches de bureau, techniques, administratives et de soutien au département des ressources humaines.
Le candidat idéal aime collaborer avec d'autres départements sur des projets et peut être polyvalent dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
contribuer à la résolution des toutes les questions internes et externes liées aux RH
faciliter l'accueil, l'orientation et la formation des nouveaux employés ainsi que le processus de départ des employés
coordonner les plans de développement des employés et la gestion des performances
se maintenir informé des dernières tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de RH
veiller à la conformité juridique et aux exigences légales locales applicables aux ressources humaines
participer au processus de recrutement en identifiant les candidats, en vérifiant les références et en élaborant les contrats de travail
Contribuer à l'élaboration de rapports et de métriques RH, selon les besoins
traduire des documents de l'anglais au français, selon les besoins
mettre à jour les bases de données RH (nouvelles embauches, départs, postes vacants et congés de maladie)
préparer la documentation relative aux politiques et procédures des RH
Contribuer à la planification des activités au sein du département des ressources humaines, en collaboration avec le gestionnaire des RH
collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe RH sur des projets ad hoc et des tâches quotidiennes
baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en relations industrielles, en affaires ou dans un domaine pertinent
plus de deux ans d'expérience professionnelle dans l'administration et les ressources humaines
expérience en administration des avantages sociaux et en gestion de la rémunération et/ou de la paie est considérée comme un atout
expérience en RH et/ou expérience juridique
maîtrise de MS office excel
excellente gestion du temps et sens de l'organisation
capacité à traiter les données en toute confidentialité
capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à respecter les délais

Akelius is seeking an adaptable and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to join the team.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager,
the Generalist supports the team by contributing to a variety of key HR functions.
These functions include but are not limited to
benefits and compensation, reporting, and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating across departments on projects and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training of new staff as well as employee offboarding
coordinate employee development plans and performance management
stay abreast of latest HR trends and best practices
ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource local law requirements
assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
create documents, spreadsheets, and support with HR reporting and metrics as required
translate team and training documents between English and French as needed
update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, promotions, vacation, and sick leaves)
prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
assist in planning activities within the human resources department in conjunction with HR Manager
partner with HR team members on ad hoc projects and daily tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field
two plus years’ of work experience in administration and Human Resources
bilingual, speak and write both English and French
benefits administration and compensation management and/or payroll experience is considered an asset
HR experience and/or legal experiences
proficiency in MS office excel
excellent time management and organizational skills
ability to handle data with confidentiality
ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
