Responsibilities

The Human Resources Coordinator contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Beverages Canada team by executing recruitment initiatives with the goal to increase PBC's potential for success in all areas of attraction and selection. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide recruitment support in the following areas:

  1. Communicate with Hiring Managers, HR Partners and the candidates through the recruitment process.
  2. Utilize various digital platforms to source talented candidates.
  3. Utilizing our Applicant Tracking System to update and maintain accurate candidate records, schedule candidates, send confirmation emails and compile interview feedback.
  4. Detail oriented with the ability to manage ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

Who’s a good fit for the team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required , preferably in Human Resources or Business
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment an asset
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS is a plus)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite

Le coordonnateur en ressources humaines

Contribue à la réussite de l'équipe de PepsiCo Canada Breuvages (PBC) en exécutant les projets de dotation en personnel en vue d'augmenter le potentiel de succès de PBC dans tous les aspects de l'attraction et de la sélection des talents. Relevant du gestionnaire de l'acquisition du talent, le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice de l'acquisition du talent soutiendra les efforts de recrutement suivants:

  1. Pourvoir adéquatement les postes de première ligne vacants et gérer les activités de recrutement (création, publication et suivi des offres d'emploi, campagnes éclair de recrutement, projets pilotes pour le recrutement et communications efficaces et ponctuelles aux candidats, aux représentants des Ressources humaines des emplacements et aux équipes responsables de l'embauche).

Principaux attributs requis pour le rôle

  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) Demeurer à Montréal.
  • Baccalauréat obligatoire, de préférence en ressources humaines ou administration des affaires.
  • Expérience à titre de recruteur, cycle complet, ou de généraliste des ressources humaines un atout.
  • Connaissance des systèmes de suivi des candidats (iCIMS, un atout).
  • Expérience en élaboration et exécution de stratégies.
  • Connaissances approfondies des pratiques d'embauche et des lois en matière d'emploi.
  • Capacité à prioriser et à gérer diverses tâches.
  • Esprit d'équipe, pensée critique et volonté d'apprendre et de produire des résultats, démontrés.
  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, d'organisation et de communication écrite.
  • Capacité à respecter de hauts niveaux de confidentialité.
  • Aptitudes informatiques démontrées, en particulier avec la suite Microsoft.
