As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll scheduling health care professionals into various shifts, communicating with clients, while simultaneously tracking availability required information within our centralized databases.

Our Must Haves

  • Post-Secondary education
  • Previous call centre (inbound and outbound) or logistics experience (1 to 2 years preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of proficiency in English is necessary
  • Strong multi-tasking skills coupled with attention to deadlines
  • Caring and empathetic, acts always with integrity & respect
  • Self-driven and task oriented
  • Responsive and accountable, excited to exceed client expectations
  • Flexible, easily able to adapt to new and different environments
  • Strong decision-making, can make timely and effective decisions
  • Proven computer skills;
    experience with email correspondence, database queries, online submissions etc.

Other requirements

  • Ability to reliably commute to the office at 2121 Argentia Rd, Mississauga Rd, L5N 2X4
  • Team oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Commitment to a rotating schedule, 8 hour shifts ranging from 5am to 10pm
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
