Our client is seeking a motivated and personable Business Development/Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing leads, managing projects, and fostering strong client relationships within the furniture and design industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional social skills, a passion for interior design, and a proven track record in sales.
Manage client projects from inception to delivery, ensuring satisfaction at every stage
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
2-3 years of sales experience in a relevant industry (e.g., lighting, flooring, furniture)
~ Strong project management skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction
~ Background in interior design is an asset
~ Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
~ Ability to work from both Pickering, ON and downtown office locations

Monthly car and phone allowance
