One of our banking clients is seeking a Communications Specialist/ Change Manager for 12 months contract in Toronto
Hybrid: In office on Tuesdays
The Senior Consultant, Business Systems Analysis is responsible for providing advice and consultation for business application developments to ensure growth. The role provides technical leadership, interpreting complex information and participating in client business review sessions to influence decisions regarding the use of technology to support objectives. The Senior Consultant, Business Systems Analysis develops, recommends and facilitates activities required for the application of new technologies to support existing processes and client needs. The role provides expertise to project managers, coordinators and directors on technology functionality and utilization, utilizing a solid understanding of business dynamics. You will be responsible for providing advice and consultation for business application developments to ensure growth. The role provides technical leadership, interpreting complex information and participating in client business review sessions to influence decisions regarding the use of technology to support objectives. The Senior Consultant, Business Systems Analysis develops, recommends and facilitates activities required for the application of new technologies to support existing processes and client needs. The role provides expertise to project managers, coordinators and directors on technology functionality and utilization, utilizing a solid understanding of business dynamics. Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Primarily working with Rates desk but since it is a cross asset risk management platform they will opportunities working on other asset classes as well.
• Solution Design - Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.
• Leading and Mentoring – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Participate in client business review sessions to influence decisions regarding use of technology to support objectives or address issues.
• Facilitate business process review sessions and help client groups to implement process changes supported by technology.
• Ensure client needs are being supported by business system teams, and monitor client satisfaction levels.
• Define business requirements, business processes, user guides and user training documentation.
Strong abilities around analyzing and understanding data, as well as gap analysis expertise (3-4 years' experience)
- Proficient with PowerPoint and other Microsoft office applications
- French Bilingual
- Business assessment experience would be nice
- Agile or Waterfall experience would be great
