This position is a full-time commitment intended for business professionals with 2+ years of business experience.Are you passionate about driving innovation and streamlining processes? As a Process Design Consultant, you’ll become a vital member of our Project Delivery Consulting Team, where your work will directly impact the success of key business operations. You'll be responsible for leading end-to-end projects across various industries, focusing on initiatives that optimize processes and enhance efficiency. Your role will be crucial in driving success for both our business and our clients.In this position, you'll take ownership of designing and implementing process improvements that deliver measurable results. From analyzing current workflows to crafting and executing strategic process roadmaps, you'll ensure that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential, as you bring together different stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.If you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change and lead with purposeMain ResponsibilitiesDevelop project proposals Develop and maintain project plansProject Management Facilitate workshops and meetingsManage clients’ relationshipsGuide strategic Project directionInterview clients to develop processesMap business processesBuild business solutions to improve business performanceAnalyze data & perform statistical analysisDevelop and maintain project plansDesign, build and deliver presentationsGuide deliverables to completion Related projects/work as assigned QualificationsRequired University Education (Bachelor of Commerce, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related degree)2+ years of consulting or relevant experience.Exceptional communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written.Prior experience managing projects end to end. Strong Interpersonal skills.Prior experience with Microsoft environment.Must be able to legally to work in Canada.Considered to be an AssetLean Six Sigma Certifications.Knowledge of Microsoft Visio or equivalent.Aviation Industry Knowledge.PMP certification.Life at Stymiest & AssociatesThe company offers a hybrid work model including working from home, from the office, and travel opportunities as well.
