Here's what your day would look like: Working with our team means tackling different admin tasks and having interesting conversations with our valued clients and partners. Together with our committed team, you'll help us reach our goals.

Job Description:

o Welcome our clients warmly and professionally, whether by phone or at our offices.

o Integrate supplier invoices into our ERP system.

o Process weekly payments to suppliers.

o Handle customer invoicing.

o Collect payments from customers.

o Manage electronic communications with our clients and partners with care.

o Coordinate the postal shipment of administrative documents.

o Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

o Vocational diploma (DEP), Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC), or College Diploma (DEC) (preferably in an administrative discipline).

o Bilingual (French and English).
