Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides reception, scanning and general operations support;
- Greet and direct all visitors including clients, vendors, and job candidates;
- Answer switchboard, greet clients, and open firm;
- Attend to outgoing mail and couriers;
- Maintain tidies and restock common areas such as the kitchen and lobby;
- Book and schedule boardrooms;
- Close files and send to storage;
- Organizing and maintain supply room;
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working in a Legal Administrative role;
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams);
- An aptitude for using various Document Management Systems and other technological applications;
- Ability to lift and move file boxes (up to approx. 30 lbs);
- Professional and welcoming demeanor;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Demonstrative customer service skills;
- Ability to work well in a team; and
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
