Our client, a leading international firm is currently looking for a Trademark Assistant. Multi-service international law firm with offices in 19 cities.
- Numerous Canadian lawyers in the firm have been recognized for inclusion in the 2023 edition of Lexpert Special Edition: Litigation.
- Office conveniently located in Toronto's Financial District


Utilize trademark docketing software;
- Legal Assistant Diploma/Certificate or Law Clerk Degree;
- Strong knowledge of CIPO's online systems;
- Knowledge of Inprotech docketing software would be an asset preferred;
- Familiarity with a docketing software in trademark is essential;
- Excellent proficiency with Word 2016, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Aderant, and knowledge of iManage or a similar document management system would be an asset;
