The Digital Marketing and Analytics Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing IC Savings' digital marketing initiatives and maintaining the digital properties. This role will leverage data analytics to drive growth in both broker and direct-to-consumer markets, manage the implementation of marketing technologies, and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.

What you’ll be doing

In this position, you will:

  • Execute digital marketing strategies aligned with IC Savings' growth objectives.
  • Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Lead the implementation and management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
  • Lead the implementation and management of the Company’s website properties.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns for both broker and direct-to-consumer segments
  • Collaborate with the Senior Event and Marketing Manager to ensure data-driven content and social media strategies.
  • Monitor and report on all digital marketing key performance indicators, providing regular insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending new approaches as appropriate.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors and agencies.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies to promote events and measure their impact.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to integrate event data into overall marketing analytics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree or diploma in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field;
    or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing and website experience.
  • Skills:
    HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, WordPress, Open Text.
  • Analytics:
    Google Analytics, Looker Studio.
  • CRM experience:
    Mail Chimp, High Level.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in financial services or related industries.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Experience in managing digital transformation and integrating traditional and digital marketing efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Working conditions / Physical effort

  • Professional working environment in an office setting.
  • Standard corporate business hours based on 37.5-hour work week. Flexibility and ability to attend occasional meetings and events outside regular working hours. Seldom travel to other locations.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking;
    extensive use of phone and computer.
  • Seldom moving of items ranging 15-25 pounds in weight.
