What are your contributions to the team?

As part of the Engineering End to End Talent Management team, you will contribute to achieve our mission: “Develop and execute a comprehensive plan that ensures the Engineering organization has the industry’s best talent by optimizing recruitment, retention, engagement, and development.

You will:

  1. Coordinate the logistics for the engineering training: facilitate event organization, advertising, and scheduling of courses, rooms, and equipment reservation
  2. Perform data entry and tracking of training attendance, coordinate course feedback, and compile test results
  3. Assist in the planning of the curriculum and teaching aids, for example, training handbooks, video content, and reference material
  4. Help the knowledge management team update and maintain folder organization, tools, and excel spreadsheets
  5. Coordinate and maintain inventory of training materials
  6. Perform other related administrative tasks to support the engineering and product development team

How to thrive in this role?

You have:

  1. 5 years of experience providing project, coordination, or administrative support
  2. A College Degree in administration or technical/vocational training in office administration or related field
  3. Good computing skills and proficiency in MS Office including SharePoint and intermediate Excel competencies
  4. Demonstrated good initiative, autonomy, rigor, planning, and organizational skills
  5. Good written and verbal skills for effective communication and relation with different engineering groups and first level of management
  6. Experience in coordinating technical training programs is an asset
