What are your contributions to the team?
As part of the Engineering End to End Talent Management team, you will contribute to achieve our mission: “Develop and execute a comprehensive plan that ensures the Engineering organization has the industry’s best talent by optimizing recruitment, retention, engagement, and development.
You will:
- Coordinate the logistics for the engineering training: facilitate event organization, advertising, and scheduling of courses, rooms, and equipment reservation
- Perform data entry and tracking of training attendance, coordinate course feedback, and compile test results
- Assist in the planning of the curriculum and teaching aids, for example, training handbooks, video content, and reference material
- Help the knowledge management team update and maintain folder organization, tools, and excel spreadsheets
- Coordinate and maintain inventory of training materials
- Perform other related administrative tasks to support the engineering and product development team
How to thrive in this role?
You have:
- 5 years of experience providing project, coordination, or administrative support
- A College Degree in administration or technical/vocational training in office administration or related field
- Good computing skills and proficiency in MS Office including SharePoint and intermediate Excel competencies
- Demonstrated good initiative, autonomy, rigor, planning, and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal skills for effective communication and relation with different engineering groups and first level of management
- Experience in coordinating technical training programs is an asset
