Description du poste
Principales responsabilités :
• Est garant du bon déroulement du séjour du client dans l’hôtel
• Manage et motive les équipes de la réception pour offrir une prestation de qualité au client en collaboration avec le Front Office Manager
• Est garant de la réalisation des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs de son service
• Développe le chiffre d’affaires par son action de vente et de gestion du CA hébergement de l'hôtel
• Fait vivre les projets et points d'identité de la marque et du groupe ( ALL, Heartist)
• Dirige le service réception en l'absence du FOM
Expérience professionnelle
• Expérience significative dans un métier d'hôtellerie restauration
• Expérience de management ou middle management d’équipe
• Maîtrise de l’environnement informatique (Maitrise du logiciel OPERA est un plus)
• Maîtrise de la langue du français et anglais professionnel (une troisième langue est un plus)
