As a digital marketing content writer, you will harness technology and the power of words to engage, educate and inform our customers about our brand and value proposition. You are a seasoned collaborator and someone that’s comfortable working in a fluid environment with stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns and messaging are always on brand and on point. You embrace AI as a valuable tool to streamline content creation and optimization and are excited about the power of learning, both in terms of the content you’ll create and your own professional development.

  • Create clear, engaging, and consistent content for a variety of learning marketing campaigns designed to cultivate customer relationships and drive action.
  • Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines and generative AI platforms
  • Write engaging copy for all channels and formats including social media, blogs, landing pages, long-form content, emails, posters, and other content types.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our corporate learning audience and wider industry.
  • Conduct research within the learning landscape to support GTM messaging.
  • Execute on brand consistency of all marketing materials across channels, including assets created by partner agencies and contractors
  • Transform complex concepts into easily understood and digestible copy
  • Stay updated with the latest AI advancements in content writing
  • Ensure grammatical accuracy, message clarity, and a consistent style and voice throughout all content.
  • Collaborate with your teammates in the creative realm about layout and design to effectively convey brand spirit and a unique customer value.
  • Proofread copy and review page layouts with a keen attention to detail.
  • Embrace new digital ways of working with teams to enable evolving marketing workflows between teams
  • Collaborate well with stakeholders, incorporating feedback to meet goals while remaining consistent with the company brand.
  • Monitor industry trends, current events, and best practices to make recommendations for timely content.

What you'll bring:

  • A degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing is required
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a corporate content writing role
  • A thorough understanding and experience in content writing for all platforms (digital, social, print, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools and content optimization platforms
  • Proven experience in following a consistent content plan or calendar
  • A natural storyteller with the ability to take key messages and adapt them across formats and channels.
  • Proven success with elevating natural search engine results placement via targeted, relevant content and keyword optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Experience with tools in marketing such as ClickUp, Google Analytics, Google Console, SEMrush, etc.
  • Experience writing in a corporate B2B environment
  • Prior learning experience is preferred
  • A keen interest in the latest trends and best practices
