As a Junior Content Writer at ZayZoon, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and informative content tailored to our HR and people ops audience within small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will be responsible for producing a variety of content types, including blogs, white papers, reports, guides, web copy, social media copy, ad copy, scripts, and event collateral. Content Creation: Generate high-quality, original content across various formats and channels, including blogs, white papers, reports, guides, web copy, social media copy, ad copy, scripts, and event collateral.
Educate the marketplace about Earned Wage Access and its benefits to payroll partners, employers, and employees through informative and persuasive content.
Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and latest developments in HR, payroll, and fintech industries, and incorporate insights into content creation.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align content strategies with business objectives and support integrated marketing campaigns.
Has a passion for writing and storytelling, with a desire to make a meaningful impact through your work.
Demonstrates strong writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Possesses a basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with a curiosity for learning and staying updated on industry trends and developments.
1-2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or related fields, with a portfolio showcasing writing samples across various formats and channels.

~ Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
~ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Experience in the HR, payroll, or fintech industries.
Knowledge of design principles and experience working with design teams to enhance content visuals.
