We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Office Manager/Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day operations across the Canadian business. In this role, you’ll be a key partner in streamlining office workflows, maintaining compliance standards, supporting the field teams, and strengthening communication between the office and leadership.

Serve as the central administrative support for the Markham office
Support the Operations Manager (Todd) with scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and general administrative support
Enter, update, and maintain sales orders and financial information in the ERP system (money coming in and going out)
Assist with shipping tasks, including packaging, labelling, and creating outgoing shipments
Maintain organized filing systems, documentation, and contractor compliance records
Monitor and order office supplies, uniforms, and operational materials to keep teams fully equipped
Liaise with internal IT to troubleshoot office technology issues
Maintain office tidiness, organization, and a professional work environment
Provide general administrative support to operations, field teams, and leadership
2+ years of administration or office management experience
~1+ year of experience using bookkeeping software and systems
~ Experienced with administrative workflows, data entry, and basic bookkeeping or financial systems
~ Able to build trust quickly and serve as a dependable point of contact in the office
~ Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools
~ Confident working with compliance documentation, records management, and structured processes
~ Skilled at juggling multiple tasks without sacrificing quality or timeliness
~ Comfortable working fully onsite (Markham) in a Monday–Friday, 8 am–4 pm environment
~ Familiarity with OHSA standards, local labour laws, or unionized environments is a plus
~ Being bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
~ Motivated by supporting a mission-critical business and contributing to a high-performance operations team
