**Work Hours**:
May to September, with possibility to extend.
While members are contacted for various projects, be prepared to work about 10 to 20 hours per week on:
Friday and Saturday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Assist facility users with setting up and testing IT and audio-visual equipment (i.e., computers, projectors, screens, and etc.)
- Ensure the facility is organized and well-maintained
- Solve technical problems in collaboration with the IT and Admin Specialist
- Serve as main point of contact for office users and event attendees
- Plan and organize event details, such as boardroom arrangements, catering, and setup requirements
- Provide support to other coordinators and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle incoming phone calls and participate in operational meetings
- Notify relevant parties of event updates and advise management
- Ensure venue readiness and support daily operations
- Address computer and administrative questions from customers
- Help stakeholders with technical issues, including but not limited to internet connection, Microsoft Office Suite, and etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Pursuing a college or university degree
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to travel across GTA
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Superior customer service skills and punctuality
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other video-conference platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both in-person and remotely
- Marketing or PR experience and knowledge is a plus
- Cadets or military experience is a plus
- Experience with videoconferencing equipment and software is an asset
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekend availability
