Canada Convo Communications, LLC Full time

We’re looking for a results-driven sales development representative to actively generate
new sales opportunities for Convo through efficient research, outreach and engagement
that leads to building relationships with potential customers. You will understand the
B2B sales process and marketplace and use your hustle with a sense of urgency and
strong attention to detail to maximize your output. Your performance will be measured
quantitatively and tied to impact on Convo’s growth. If you think this is for you then join

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and contact potential prospects through cold calls, emails, and
    networking events.
  • Present Convo’s value proposition in a professional manner to potential
    prospects.
  • Identify client needs and systematically record in order to build an effective
    knowledge base and customer personas.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and generate leads for
    your team.
  • Record all customer and prospect interactions within HubSpot out CRM system.
    Meet and exceed sales expectations.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Canadian market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years Sales experience engaging with businesses across both
    private and public sectors.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer services skills.
  • Comfortable working at C-Suite level and closing deals.
  • Experience of using HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, alone or in team setting.
  • Great time management, adaptability, and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in American Sign Language and familiarity with Deaf Culture is required.
