Our team of highly dedicated individuals takes pride in providing optimum customer service to our clients. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant.
Reviewing, sorting, drafting, proofing, and finalizing client deliverables, including e-filing tax returns and slips.
• Answering phones, greeting clients, and providing assistance at reception.
• Collate, print & file necessary tax returns and packages as necessary.
• Develop a thorough understanding of internal programs, processes and ensure the office is organized.
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as necessary (mainly during the tax season).
Completion of related post-secondary education in administration is an asset.
• Understanding and experience with QuickBooks is an asset.
• 1-2 years of related administrative experience is required.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Previous experience with Caseware, Caseview, and Taxcycle is considered an asset.
