Works with the leadership team to develop and execute the Company’s overall marketing strategy.
Audits and analyzes areas of the Company website and all content that can be improved and optimized from a marketing perspective.
Implements search engine optimization efforts and techniques to increase the Company’s visibility to potential customers on Google etc.
Creates, develops, and monitors digital content on various social media platforms and other forums to elevate the Company’s presence in the market.
Helps to continue to define the Company’s target audience(s) and devises methods in which to raise awareness of True North Log Homes Inc. to identified groups to further boost sales.
Develops and monitors the company's WordPress website.
Coordinates photo shoots, creates advertisements and brochures, and creates content for the company blog.
Reaches out to local and international publications to increase brand presence.
Develops and presents quarterly marketing performance reports to the leadership team.
Manages online reputation and communicates with clients on relevant review sites (i.Researches the industry to keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in marketing campaigns.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Manager, Content Creator, or 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
Post Secondary Degree or certificate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong experience with SEO in content development and content marketing.
Strong experience with conversion rate optimization analysis and tactics.
Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content. Must have comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
Strong Public Relations and Communications Skills and Experience representing a global brand.
Google Certifications, HubSpot Certifications, and videography capabilities are considered significant assets.
Familiarity with WordPress and website management.
Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
