The Marketing Manager will lead a team of 2 direct reports.
Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products, increase brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition/expansion
Lead digital marketing and website strategy, focusing on lead generation and support tools for distributor network
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales and other stakeholders to drive brand collaborations and develop website content, social media campaigns, and trade show promotional materials
Manage and optimize online presence, including LinkedIn, Google, and other channels
Manage the relationship and activities of 3rd Party Marketing Agencies
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts
Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically to achieve marketing objectives within allocated budgets
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Personal Qualities:
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or strong work experience in a related field
~5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing
~ Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
~ Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM and CMS systems, collaboration tools, Google Analytics and Google Adwords
~ Digital Marketing skills and experience, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
~ Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify innovative marketing opportunities
~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
