Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations
  • Lead, motivate, and manage service teams across shifts, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance work environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service department, implementing continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any cross-functional challenges
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize service coverage and response times
  • Handle escalated customer service issues, providing solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives

  • Proven experience in service operations management, with a strong track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence and high customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data to inform decision-making and drive improvements
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively managing customer expectations and resolving complex service issues
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
