We’re looking for an innovative, hardworking digital marketer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Think Shift’s team of experts to create targeted marketing campaigns that reach the right audience in the right place at the right time.

Setting up digital paid advertising campaigns and managing campaign timelines and workback schedules to ensure projects are meeting deadlines and deliverables.

Collaborating across departments to coordinate activities such as campaign reporting and ad creative delivery.
Creating campaign dashboards and data management systems through tools such as Google Looker Studio.
Monitoring digital media KPIs and conducting regular analysis and optimization of performance results.
Providing feedback and insights on what makes digital marketing campaigns successful, helping the team deliver better results with every successive campaign.
2 years of experience working in digital marketing and paid media platforms.
Ability to effectively manage tasks, timelines and deadlines of concurrent projects, particularly under pressure.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Twitter Ads or other digital ad platforms.
Experience with pulling basic campaign data and web analytics reports using Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
Excellent understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel.
