The Lighting Specialist is responsible for meeting lighting sales targets and assisting the Division's management team.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Promoting Westburne to ensure a competitive edge in the electrical industry
• Responsible for lighting product sales and business development
• Gather market information and analyze requirements and trends, effectively communicate to management
• Meet with current and potential customers to identify their needs
• Participate in joint calls with lighting vendors and Branch Sales Reps
• Educate Branch Staff and Sales Teams on potential lighting opportunities
Requirements
• Lighting experience and basic electrical knowledge is a prerequisite
• Ability to analyze and sell within industrial and commercial markets
• Good organizational skills
• Strong sales aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills, MS Office, AS400 experience is an asset
