Your Role in a Nutshell
As an Account Manager specializing in Digital Marketing, your primary focus will be to collaborate closely with our clients throughout North America. You'll be instrumental in maximizing the potential of our BoomerangFX practice management software and digital marketing services. Serving as the main point of contact, you'll guide clients through the process from initial adoption to continuous account oversight, while also identifying opportunities for cross-selling supplementary solutions.
**Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Mississauga, ON**
What you will do
Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients, provide ongoing account management, customer support and consulting to your portfolio of clients.
Identify ways to upsell digital marketing solutions using a variety of tools and strategies provided by the company.
Work closely with the digital marketing team and stakeholders to create customized strategies to help our private healthcare practice clients continuously increase their leads and increase new business.
Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting skills to address and resolve client concerns promptly, with a focus on proactive measures to minimize churn, enhance customer adoption, and elevate overall satisfaction levels.
Educate and inspire customers with best practices, success strategies, and innovative ways to solve business problems while demonstrating empathy and being a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, ensuring that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient and effective.
What you offer
~ Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
~ Experience in account management in SaaS environment preferred
~3+ years of experience in a related field (private healthcare sector space) is a bonus
~ Will oversee top-tier B2B clientele engaged in digital marketing and software solutions, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
~ Strong communication skills and rapport building, while leveraging technology to interact with customers remotely.
~ Able to understand private healthcare operations and workflows
~ Enthusiastic, self-motivated, innovative and meets client expectations in a timely manner.
