The Position:
This role is the primary administrative support to the regulatory function - Conduct. This requires ongoing communication with staff, volunteers, and registrants (i.e., members, firms, and candidates), document processing and analysis, drafting, formatting and sorting of communications, scheduling committee meetings, preparation of committee information items, and maintenance of documentation related to these functions.

The Candidate:
You should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting a team in a professional or business environment as an administrator, coordinator, or equivalent. Priority will be given to those with either a university degree or relevant technical college diploma.

The following describe your characteristics and capabilities:

  • Organized, productive, proactive, and efficient
  • Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Office (must be proficient in Excel and Word)
  • Working knowledge of confidential document management tools
  • Keen attention to detail and high accuracy of output
  • Ability to coordinate and process information from various sources
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Takes initiative to achieve tasks and uses creativity and innovation to solve problems
  • Collaborative team player
