This is a permanent role, in a hybrid environment of home and in-office based in our Mississauga and/or Dufferin Office. You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your team will provide to the community.
• You will be supervising and organizing projects within the support workers team. You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
• You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.
Leadership experience in community care in Orangeville, Shelburne, Dufferin and surrounding regions is an advantage
• Thorough understanding of all facets of PSW and Nursing work with familiarity of policies and procedures in healthcare industry
