Restaurant Supervisor Role: Lead Food Service Team

At Fat Bastard Burrito Co., we are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic food service team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our crew members in providing exceptional customer experiences.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food industry. You will be expected to work 30 to 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
- Training and Development: Train new hires in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling and Planning: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supply needs, and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, stock, and wastage, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- An estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
