Builds one-on-one relationships with senior level clients to foster a partnership with the agency
Manages needs of team members to maximize learning and productivity while minimizing turnover
Directs account and project development process through account, creative, production and digital teams to ensure appropriate resources are available and communication is consistent and timely
Manages the workload, workflow and professional development of account team
Plays a key role in building client relationships
Responsible for provision of strategic direction and growth of accounts
Ensures financial performance across projects and accounts, i.e. profitability, income and growth
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

Has 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with a minimum of 2+ yrs experience at Account Supervisor/Director level
CRM and/or 1:1 campaign and digital experience
Possesses collaborative leadership skills that encourage team cooperation and motivate relationship-building
Is enthusiastic about business and passionate about marketing
Demonstrates strong, fully developed staff management and partnership abilities
Has earned a bachelor’s degree
