We are looking for a PAM CyberSecurity Specialist to work with one of our clients, an international bank based in Montreal.

The successful candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PAM services and contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of these services, including definition, execution, and governance. Responsibilities include analyzing technical and business requirements, defining workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement robust controls. The position also involves supporting project delivery efforts and monitoring compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Reporting to the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager, the role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and deliver security solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Participate in the development and implementation of the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy.
- Contribute to compliance initiatives, audits, and strategic security IAM projects.
- Partner with IT and business teams to oversee technical controls and ensure the protection of sensitive assets.
- Monitor system and network security, responding effectively to potential incidents.
- Ensure alignment with security policies, guidelines, and baseline standards.
- Perform CyberArk administration, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct health checks and monitoring of CyberArk servers to maintain consistent availability.
- Test and certify new product versions and provide detailed reports on performance and reliability.
- Implement protective and mitigating controls for privileged accounts.
- Technical skills:

- Comprehensive understanding of PAM principles and their implementation in diverse environments.
- Familiarity with operating system security across platforms, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
- Expertise in workstation and server security, cryptography, network security, and related concepts.

Knowledge of project management principles and risk assessment methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable control objectives
- Effective communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Candidates must be located in Montreal or willing to relocate
- Hybrid setup with 3 days on-site per week
