We are hiring an IT Infrastructure Communications Specialist (Intermediate) to work with one of our clients based in Montreal.

**MISSION**:
Our client’s team acts as the central infrastructure support for entities across the Americas, catering to various technology needs like workstations, data centers, networks, end-user computing, market data administration, and disaster recovery planning. Leveraging our expertise, we drive the Group's digital transition, maintain the quality and resilience of our infrastructures 24/7, advise business lines and functional divisions in their transformations, and offer diverse and innovative services tailored to the needs of our internal and external partners. 

**Responsibilities**:

- **Main Responsibilities **_
- Ensure that the infrastructure department’s impact is felt both locally and internationally, in harmony with Group counterparts.
- Formulate and execute the infrastructure department’s AMER communications strategy and projects, acting as the primary communications liaison for AMER and beyond.
- Participate in local and regional initiatives on behalf of the infrastructure department, furnishing partners with KPI reports, surveys, and metrics.
- Advocate for the infrastructure department's technological solutions, with a particular emphasis on end-user and cloud-based offerings.
- Craft comprehensive documentation to efficiently advertise the infrastructure department’s tools, products, and services.
- Recognize and tackle both immediate and future challenges, guiding product development in response to market dynamics.
- Supervise the cloud professional services team, overseeing communication strategies and training programs.
- Improve internal communications to cultivate a favorable workplace atmosphere for the infrastructure’s department of 250 staff members.
- Create and disseminate documents, user manuals, and presentations.
- Generate regular newsletters to ensure stakeholders are kept abreast of developments.
- Assist in organizing top-tier presentations and events, such as Tech bars for all AMER regions.

**Profile**:

- ** Technical Skills **_
- Expertise in the Office suite, particularly emphasizing PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design and graphic capabilities.
- Intermediate-level skills in Excel.
- Thorough understanding of the Microsoft 365 Suite, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, among others.
- **Competencies **_
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the marketing or communication field.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills, including proficiency in hosting town halls and overseeing presentation booths.
- Robust written communication capabilities.
- Previous experience in energizing online communities and promoting technological solutions through marketing.

**Education**
- Must-Have: _
- College degree

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
