Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement requirements, including inventory needs, production schedules, and quality standards.
  • Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, including delivery performance, quality control, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
  • Analysis on procurement activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain principles, inventory management, and demand forecasting is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service approach
