MacDonnell is seeking a well organized individual with strong administrative capabilities who can support the delivery of highly specialized educational training programs in the port and marine transportation sector and support general office administration.
For more then 50 years, MACDONNELL has been providing comprehensive engineering services that are innovative, practical and economical. MACDONNELL is Halifax based and offers consulting engineering and port management training services to clients in the public and private sectors. MACDONNELL has a mission to become the premier port management training organization in Canada. MacDonnell Group is also involved in project management, management consulting, and structural monitoring.
Training program logistics planning
Training material coordination
Experience in administration and a fast paced office environment;
Sound knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems;
SUPERB time-management and project management abilities including:
- The ability to follow through on projects to completion;
Excellent writing and communication skills;
Maintains current knowledge of new web technologies.
Undergraduate or Diploma Program in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations or a related area.
Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
