Position Summary

As the Administrative Assistant to the Chairman & CEO, you will play a pivotal role in the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive leadership. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional administrative tasks, as you become an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to our vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and organize the President's calendar, ensuring efficient time management.

· Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.

· Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

· Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.

· Facilitate communication between the Chairman &CEO and other organizations.

· Organize and manage events and meetings.

· Assist with research and collaboration for new (international) project development

· Assist with customer service, website maintenance, and data tracking

· Conduct research and prepare briefings on various topics as required.

Requirements

· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Discretion in handling confidential information.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role

· Prefer candidates with cosmetic industry work experience

· Excellent organizing abilities

· Great attention to detail

· Excellent analytical skills

· Strong time management skills

· Good communication and relationship-building skills
