Your Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on account status and performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and exceeding goals.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
