**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Required Education**
- Degree in Dairy or Animal Science
- A Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

**Required Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years in full time research coordination and strategy development
- Track record of working in dairy research and creating dairy producer KTT
- In-depth knowledge of research project design, review and implementation
- Self motivated, with the proven high level of initiative and self-direction.

**Required Skills**:

- A passion for and working knowledge of the principles and practice of producer KTT communications
- A clear focus on the ability to implement research strategy
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work productively with multiple parties
- Possess highly developed problem-solving and critical thinking skill
- Experience working collaboratively with government funding agencies, industry partners, and relevant stakeholders
- Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication and producer engagement abilities to ensure effective KTT
- Proven project management skills
- Track record of excellent organizational and coordination skills and the ability to prioritize multiple workloads demands.
