The Role: Sustainability Specialist
In the capacity of the Sustainability Specialist, you'll wield overarching responsibility for championing sustainability across the operational spectrum. Steering and executing cutting-edge sustainability projects, enriching the company's leadership in the market.
Spearheading wellness and waste management initiatives, from concept to national rollout, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and high performance.
Offering subject matter expertise in sustainability standards and certifications (e.g., Engaging in robust project management, acting as a linchpin for the deployment of sustainability projects, and ensuring all projects align with the companys overarching sustainability goals.
Professionals with a solid background in Environmental Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields, boasting 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Visionaries adept in sustainability practices within real estate, capable of nurturing innovation in energy management, waste diversion, and procurement policies.
Influencers with outstanding communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and advancing sustainability agendas across all organizational levels.
Candidates who are detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills and a passion for making a tangible impact on the environment and community.
