Practice Information Technology asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation.
•Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot problems with mission critical server infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, enterprise backup, and Storage Area Networks (SAN).
•Provide rotating 24/7 on-call support of mission critical UNIX/Linux and Windows server based infrastructure, and assist in the identification and resolution of any problems or maintenance related issues.
•Perform feasibility studies, and assist in cost benefit analysis and planning for projects.
University degree or college diploma in the field of Computer Science/and or 5 years’ equivalent work experience; Application support experience. Retail knowledge is an asset.
•Experience in interpreting the applicability of local and federal laws/regulations to company operations.
•Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skills.
