As we expand across Canada, we offer exciting opportunities to those who aspire to grow in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and rapidly growing environment.Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Senior Manager, Neuroscience Patient Programs, the Nurse Educator provides support to health care professionals caring for patients with schizophrenia by offering training and guidance on the Clozaril Assistance and Support Network (CSAN) to ensure the appropriate and safe use of Clozaril.ResponsibilitiesProvide health care professionals with information on the treatment of resistant schizophrenia, Clozaril and the CSAN by offering education in this program.Respond to requests from healthcare professionals in mental health clinics and proactively identify opportunities for training and improving patient care and use of HLS products in neuroscience.Connect with patient care providers involved in patient treatment in your territory and take the necessary actions to ensure that all patients' blood work is available, as recommended by Canadian authorities.Develop strong professional relationships and networks, and act as a liaison between HLS Therapeutics and mental health centre providers.Interact with members of the mental health care team at all levels, with internal HLS stakeholders and with HLS consulting specialists to help optimize the care of patients with hematological adverse events.Participate in the implementation, training and operation of Ponto by healthcare professionals working with patients using Clozaril.Promptly respond to clients' clinical questions as needed.Identify and collaborate with other HLS clinical resources in the field (Medical Science Liaison, Clinical Research Associates, Sales Team, Neuroscience) to respond to client needs.Act as a key resource to other HLS staff members regarding the treatment of refractory schizophrenia by expanding and applying your knowledge of HLS Neuroscience products and competitors.QualificationsUniversity degree, related to the health sector such as nursing, pharmacy, medicine, etc.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Field experience in managing a geographic territory, an important asset.Practical clinical experience in psychiatry as a health professional is an asset.CompetenciesDemonstrated organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and adapt to changing situationsBusiness acumen: ability to understand medical and business concepts and apply them to all aspects of the position while adhering to professional and ethical standards of practice.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsOtherAvailability to travel throughout the territoryWhat we have to offerAt HLS Therapeutics Inc., we offer a stimulating, dynamic, and respectful work environment where innovation and teamwork are highly valued.
