Ce poste est sous la responsabilité du superviseur de la paie des chauffeurs et implique la préparation et le traitement hebdomadaire de la paie des chauffeurs de l’entreprise et des chauffeurs-propriétaires. Les Camions Fuel est en pleine expansion et à la recherche d’un (e) Commis à la paie des chauffeurs pour notre bureau situé à Lasalle, Québec.

Saisir les données dans les bases de données de la paie et de l'administration.
Préparer les informations de paie des conducteurs et effectuer une saisie de données précise et à haut volume.
Gérer la paie en utilisant PC Miler 24 pour calculer les kilomètres pour les chauffeurs longue distance et les heures pour les chauffeurs local et régionaux.
Préparer et traiter la paie pour les chauffeurs d’entreprise et les chauffeurs-propriétaires.
Saisir les kilométrages et les achats de carburant dans la base de données Truckmate pour traiter la taxe sur le carburant et générer les rapports IFTA.
Répondre aux demandes de renseignements sur la paie des conducteurs et résoudre les problèmes rapidement.
Tenir à jour des registres de paie et des transactions précis à des fins d'audit.
Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe des opérations pour assurer l'exactitude de la paie des conducteurs et de la facturation.
Vérifier l'exactitude des données de facturation et émettre des factures pour facturer les clients.
Émettre des relevés de paie hebdomadaires aux chauffeurs employés et aux chauffeurs-propriétaires.
Effectuer d'autres tâches liées à la paie des conducteurs, aux tâches administratives et aux projets assignés.


1 à 2 ans d'expérience pertinente de préférence, avec un DEP en comptabilité.
~ Forte attention aux détails avec une approche méticuleuse des tâches impliquant la saisie de données.
~ Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, avec une expertise particulière sur Excel.
~ Bilingue, excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite. La maîtrise d'une autre langue est requise pour ce poste car le candidat devra interagir et communiquer avec des clients, des fournisseurs et des collègues à travers l'Amérique du Nord.
~ Connaisance des logiciels de comptabilité.
~ Aptitude numérique avec une capacité marquée à travailler avec les chiffres et à analyser efficacement les données quantitatives.

This position reports to the Driver Payroll Supervisor and entails the preparation and processing of weekly payroll for Company drivers and Owner operators, ensuring precise and timely payment in accordance with company guidelines. Fuel Truck is expanding rapidly and looking for a Driver Payroll Clerk for our office located in LaSalle, Quebec.

Enter data into payroll and administrative databases.
Prepare driver payroll information and perform accurate and high-volume data entry.
Manage payroll using PC Miler 24 to calculate mileage for long-distance drivers and hours for city and regional drivers.
Prepare and process payroll for both company drivers and owner operators.
Input mileage and fuel purchases into the Truckmate database to process Fuel tax and generate IFTA reports.
Address drivers' payroll inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate payroll records and transactions for auditing purposes.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure accuracy in driver payroll and billing.
Verify billing data accuracy and issue invoices to bill clients.
Issue weekly payroll statements to company drivers and owner operators.
Prepare monthly end-of-month reports for the accounting department.
Perform other duties related to driver payroll, administrative tasks, and assigned projects.

1-2 years of related experience with payroll is preferred, with a DEP in accounting.
~ Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to tasks involving data entry.
~ Familiarity in accounting concepts.
~ Basic understanding in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel expertise.
~ Bilingual, excellent verbal and written communication skills. The requirement of another language is required for this position as the candidate will be required to interact and communicate with clients, suppliers and colleagues throughout North America.
~ Familiarity in utilizing accounting software.
~ Strong numerical aptitude with a keen ability to work with numbers and analyze quantitative data effectively.
