In this role you will be responsible for providing professional level administrative support within the project management team.
As a key member of the project team, the project coordinator will be a part of a team delivering exceptional quality work to clients as well as the internal teams. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual.

Responsibilities:
- You will meet project requirements to ensure deliverables are accomplished on time, on budget, at the highest quality standards.
- You will participate in the development, and implementation of a set of standards by which all client service staff operate to create a best in practice culture and similar level of service.
- You will coordinate with internal operational groups throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate deliverables to meet project objectives.
- You will respond to client communication in a timely accurate manner, understand client needs and feedback, and collaborate and consult with clients/team.
- You will document and report, create scripts and website text, provide project training, and perform analysis of reporting to ensure quality and results.
Experience:
- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles
- At least 1 year of direct client/customer contact in a professional environment, (legal/finance environment preferred).
- Fluent communication skills in French and English
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- Able to react to changing situations maintaining effectiveness and enthusiasm
- Top-notch MS Office
- Comfortable dealing with sensitive information.
- Clean criminal record search.
