We are looking for a Senior Technical Integrations Consultant experienced with certified and custom HRIS platform integrations, to join our team In this role, you will become a product expert specific to our Achievers Workday, UKG, and SAP integrations, among others. This role will play a pivotal role liaising with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience from the sales cycle all the way through to implementation. What you'll do:
  • Serve as the key expert and advocate for the Achievers Workday, UKG, and SAP certified integrations
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to grasp product roadmap, new features and enhancements with productivity apps and HRIS vendors
  • Ensure readiness of Achievers to promote, sell, implement, and support new product features
  • Continuously collect feedback from customers and internal stakeholders on current and upcoming product capabilities
  • Investigate product concerns, configuring proofs of concept, and devising new solutions with Product Management
  • Escalate issues concerning the Achievers certified integrations
  • Address intricate RFI/RFP inquiries leveraging your product expertise
  • Act as the primary liaison between Achievers Product team and both Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, offering expert solutions and collaborative strategies to position our integrations effectively.
  • Develop demo configurations showcasing how the Achievers certified integrations address specific customer business needs.
  • Share insights from client meetings with Product Management, Client Success, Professional Services, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Engage with prospects and customers to grasp their business and technical needs.
  • Match customer requirements with product capabilities, providing scalable solutions and best practices.
  • Collaborate and consult with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Professional Services team as a certified integrations subject matter expert (SME) during implementation.
  • Offer technical assistance to customers for understanding the Achievers certified integrations during implementation projects.
  • Provide specialized technical design advice for API-based integrations, especially with Workday.
  • Match customer needs to product functionality, delivering scalable solutions following industry best practices.
  • Document and report integration-related bugs, collaborating with Product Management to prioritize fixes.
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role at a SaaS software company
  • Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) platform concepts and integrations, specifically with Workday
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences, including C-Suite members and decision makers
  • Collaborative experience with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Product Management, adapting to their priorities and strategies
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, propose new strategies, and ensure project delivery
  • Strong multitasking skills and adeptness with tight project schedules
  • Basic grasp of web development and APIs
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing software applications
  • Prior customer-facing role experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
