Account Management Senior Director

We are looking for a talented Senior Account Director in our Toronto office to join and change the world of advertising together, as we are developing privacy-first context-based technology to push the boundaries of cookie-less advertising.
Seedtag is the leading Contextual Advertising Platform. Our proprietary, machine learning-based technology provides a human-like understanding of the content on the web, the highest level of brand safety in the industry and unmatched cookieless targeting capabilities.
We engage with the market on both demand and supply sides to create, activate and launch high-quality advertising campaigns at scale. We are committed to creating a more beautiful, respectful and engaging way to do advertising.

The Account Director is responsible for achieving an individual quarterly and annual sales quota based on opportunities sourced in an assigned geographic territory and agency list. The ideal sales executive will be responsible for prospecting new customers and growing existing relationships, contributing to meaningful revenue and strategic business opportunities for Seedtag. Candidate must be a team player and able to collaborate with their direct team, local, national, international market organization and everyone in the company that’s committed to our success. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Director, Canada and President, North America.
Clearly articulate Seedtag’s value proposition through professionally delivered live and virtual presentations.
Build and cultivate strong relationships at multiple levels with brands and agencies through consultative selling with prompt and personalized follow-up.
Seek out RFPs and RFIs for Seedtag to respond with business plans, media proposals and commercial opportunities that drive value for customers and revenue for the company.
Be accountable with accurate forecasting and a clean, up to date pipeline. CRM hygiene is a must.
Liaison with Ad Operations and Account Management to ensure they clearly understand what success looks like for the client.
Identify gaps in process and propose new automated procedures that can help the company scale.
Prioritize account retention by constantly looking to improve our work for the client with an eye on optimizing to outcomes.
Support cross-functional teams with customer insights, trends and case-studies of success.
You have 3+ years of Media, Advertising or Technology experience in a sales, marketing or support role, including internships. *You understand key consumer trends with a focus on digital advertising, privacy and programmatic
You are proficient in English with excellent business writing skills
You are an expert in SFDC or other CRM software
You are accountable for accurate forecasting and a clean, up-to-date pipeline
