Account Executive, Technical Services

Our client is an immigration consulting and employment placement firm. Visiting prospects on-site
Presenting and demonstrating the value of placement services to prospective buyers
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
Sales cycles - 4-7 weeks
Decision makers you’ll be working with - VP of HR, Talent Acquisition, COO in some cases
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in recruitment OR industrial/manufacturing/construction
Must be a proven hunter, highly professional presentation and ability to be a sales chameleon and adapt to office and field locations
Willingness to travel and attend trade shows
An understanding of the Mining, Agriculture, Forestry, and Industrial sector (contacts in this space is a plus)
Strong sales acumen - identify and close net new business opportunities
The drive and time management skills to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
Strong technical skills including MS Office, Hubspot and Bullhorn would be an asset
Base salary is flexible depending on your experience
Assistance with Immigration application processing (as necessary)
