Drive My Catering Group’s overall marketing success by developing and executing results-driven marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives
Lead the ongoing identification and prioritization of key stakeholder groups, tailoring marketing approaches to effectively engage and resonate with diverse audiences.

Brand Management:
Ensure all marketing materials and activities reflect a cohesive brand image and voice that supports the organization’s mission, vision and values.
Communicate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to align corporate branding.

Content Creation and Project Management:
Coordinate the production of all marketing materials, including but not limited to menus, signage, branded assets, brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
Oversee the internal creation of digital and print content for smaller projects (proficiency in Canva/Adobe Suite is considered a strong asset).
Coordinate and work with designers, writers, photographers, videographers and other creative professionals to produce content for larger projects.

Social Media and Website Management:
Oversee the schedule and content to be posted on various social media platforms.
Develop a process for responding to inquiries, direct messages and reviews on social media/review platforms, ensuring positive engagement and maintaining the brand's reputation.
Monitor social media and website analytics to understand and improve performance and drive sales.
Manage website updates and online listings regularly to ensure information remains up-to-date and relevant.

Work with event coordination and culinary teams to coordinate logistics and marketing requirements, maximizing the overall impact and ROI of events.

Campaigns & Email Marketing Management:
Develop and execute specific marketing campaigns or initiatives.
Manage email marketing via Mailchimp including but not limited to creating campaigns to target various customer segments, optimize templates, etc.
Manage contact databases, and mailing lists, and prepare campaign reports.
Collate and track customer trends and data to help shape future marketing strategies.

Work closely with regional tourism organizations, professional networks, and business communities to build and maintain strong relationships.

Post-secondary degree or certificate in marketing, communications or related degree or 5+ years of related work experience.
Experience managing contractors, suppliers and support staff.
Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier is considered an asset.
Proficient in the use of computers, with established knowledge of Google Workspace and its applications.
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
