We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team at Hero Certified Burgers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and work closely with Store Managers to improve store operating efficiency and maintain high standards of quality and customer experience.
  • Develop and implement measures to retain existing employees and lower employee turnover.
  • Review operations and manage Store Managers to ensure optimal execution of all operations.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and multichannel revenue attribution modeling.
  • Implement Canadian Digital adoption plan/methodology to shift business models.
  • Engage and initiate communications with the Franchisor to expand the business.
  • Enhance and expand menu items to increase sales.
  • Bring in more corporate clients with catering orders to increase sales.
  • Work closely with vendors and inventory providers to review and monitor contracts.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Optimize spending to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in business administration, finance, or digital marketing and marketing management.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a small business.
  • Investment of at least $50,000 in the business.
  • Experience in digital marketing, managing marketing mix, sales forecasting, and developing business strategies.
  • Implementing datadriven marketing strategies, marketing automation tools, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
