They answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritize calls as per urgency and requirement, coordinate all communications within specified territory, capture breakdown service information, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, extract and analyze data to support investigative inquiries and client key performance indicators and receive and dispatch orders.Some of your responsibilities include…Locate, coordinate and assign field employees to fill book offs, staffing shortfalls and short-term contracts client contracts, adhering to policies and collective agreements as applicableBook off and on the proper employee from the appropriate section/unit in databaseProblem solve situations concerning no call-no-shows, double bookings, or other operational related concernsProcess and assign new employees to entry level field positionsMonitor and support special events and action accordingly.
